Job summary

Lap Kei Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support overall project delivery across MVAC installations. You will work with the project team to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has a degree or higher diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience for Assistant PM, 5 years for Senior Engineer, or 2 years for Engineer, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project

• Minimum 2 years (Engineer) / 5 years (Senior Engineer) / 10 years (Assistant Project Manager) relevant experience in MVAC contracting.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

Strong financial acumen for monitoring project income and expenditure (Senior Engineer).

Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized with a team-oriented approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
