Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications and Technology sectors.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy function.
• Proven track record of leading teams or work streams and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong strategic problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop intellectual capital to support business development and thought leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior executives.
• Creativity to generate new ideas to solve client problems.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial process.
• Lead and guide the consulting team in developing hypotheses, reviewing client information, and producing deliverables.
• Identify and pursue new and expanded business opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and build intellectual capital for client impact.
• Model firm values and cultivate a strong personal brand with Partners, peers, and clients.
• Oversee interviews, analysis, and client interviews to derive insights and deliverables.
