Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is expanding its Strategic Customer Engineering team in APAC. The Principal Solution Engineer will act as a senior technical interface for strategic Cloud Native and AI infrastructure customers across APAC, guiding architecture design, deployments and production operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infra engineering, solution engineering or related roles.
• Strong experience designing or operating solutions on major cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of compute, networking, storage, security and scalability in cloud environments.
• Experience with complex production infrastructure, migrations and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic technical engagements for Cloud Native and AI infrastructure customers in APAC.
• Resolve complex infra issues across compute, networking, storage and cloud-native platforms.
• Advise on architecture, performance optimization, capacity planning and reliability.
• Bridge customers and OCI engineering to translate requirements into action plans.
• Help grow customer adoption and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
