Job summary

Societe Generale seeks an experienced Synthetic Prime Brokerage IT Chain Lead for the GBTO team in Investment Banking. You will govern end-to-end release management for software supporting DPS, coordinating with front office, trading, risk, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

You will lead governance, risk assessment and testing efforts while driving capacity planning and cross-regional collaboration in a fast-paced trading floor environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in release management within financial services or investment banking.
• Strong domain knowledge of Synthetic Prime Brokerage and Dynamic Portfolio Swaps.
• Proven ability to map complex front-to-back workflows and cross-platform dependencies.
• Experience governing complex releases including impact assessment, go/no-go decisions, rollback planning, and production validation.

Responsibilities

• Chair the weekly DPS Change Advisory Board and oversee release governance.
• Review release packages, dependencies, testing, rollback readiness, and sign-off for DPS-impacting changes.
• Define Go/No-Go release gates based on end-to-end readiness and production risk.
• Coordinate changes across order management, execution, risk, and reporting platforms.
• Manage DPS platform changes from inception through delivery, including capacity and budget impacts.
• Support stress testing, monitoring, and production resilience for DPS scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory and data-governance requirements.
