Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd is seeking an administrative support professional to join the Project Execution team working at Tuen Mun Power Station in Hong Kong. You will assist project managers, engineers and site staff with daily operations and documentation, ensuring compliance and smooth workflow.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a diploma or higher, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Chinese/Cantonese is preferred, with strong teamwork and attention to

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Experience in construction, energy, utilities or a related industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to project managers, engineers and site operations staff.
• Support the project team during design, purchasing, installation, testing and commissioning stages.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, equipment, materials, site installation, inspections and testing.
• Prepare, format and distribute Minutes of Meetings.
• Arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items when required.
• Coordinate site-specific training and induction programmes.
