Job summary

AnalyticsAssessment Research Centre in Tai Po, Hong Kong, is seeking a Post-doctoral Fellow for a 10-month appointment. The role focuses on social media psychology, mis-use, education, and well-being, with responsibilities spanning data collection, analysis, intervention studies, and dissemination of results. The candidate should have a Ph.D.

by Aug 2026, strong quantitative/qualitative methods, and excellent English writing. Cantonese reading/Chinese skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required or expected by Aug 2026.
• Strong background in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
• Experience with multi-wave data analyses preferred.
• Proficient English writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on social media use/misuse, cyberbullying, and well-being.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data using various methods.
• Conduct intervention studies.
• Publish papers, write grant proposals, present at conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members.
