Job summary

ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Researcher to support positive education research in primary and secondary schools. You will develop research plans, collect data, analyze results and report findings to stakeholders, contributing to practical insights and public-facing outputs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/ Psychology/ Education, 3–5 years of research experience, excellent English and Chinese communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or similar.
• 3-5 years of professional research experience with data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; time management and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Developing research plans, data collection and dissemination among stakeholders.
• Collecting and inputting data, maintaining databases and creating reports.
• Providing statistical solutions and recommendations using spreadsheets, graphs or presentations.
• Conducting research and providing insights on local and overseas Positive Education trends.
• Liaising with stakeholders to gather quantitative and qualitative data in schools.
• Creating deliverables that promote public awareness and engagement.
• Supporting team members and assisting in events, seminars and workshops.
