Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, science, economics, finance, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business development or enterprise services within science and technology parks, technology commercialization platforms, venture capital/private equity institutions, or consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills, with strong cross‑cultural business communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with sound business acumen. Ability to independently prepare research studies, analysis, and business reports.
• Proven project management and multitasking capabilities, with a high degree of self‑discipline and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international working environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international I&T projects, leading enterprises, universities, research institutions and financial organizations.
• Oversee daily operation, management, and maintenance of the Center's platforms and ecosystems, exploring joint operation models.
• Identify high‑potential innovation projects and coordinate cross‑regional resources to accelerate commercialization and growth.
• Track global technology trends and prepare research reports, providing strategic insights and cross‑border business support to the company.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

Ecosystem Partnerships and Resource Development

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international innovation and technology (I&T) projects, leading enterprises, renowned universities and research institutions, as well as financial organizations. Build a long-term, stable, and collaborative international innovation ecosystem to ensure sustainable resource support for the Center's development.

Platform Operations and Management

• Oversee the daily operation, management, and maintenance of the Center's innovation and technology platforms, including joint incubators, collaborative innovation centers, and innovation enclaves. Explore diversified collaboration models such as asset‑light and joint‑operation arrangements, strengthen the innovation network footprint, ensure efficient and compliant platform operations, promote close collaboration among partners, and effectively translate innovation network resources into business outcomes.

Technology Commercialization and Enterprise Development

• Identify high‑potential innovation and technology projects and address their core needs at different stages of development, including seed, growth, and expansion phases. Facilitate access to and integration of cross‑regional resources such as technology, markets, capital, application scenarios, and policy support to accelerate technology commercialization and industrialization, while nurturing high‑growth technology enterprises.

Industry Research and Business Enablement

• Track and analyze global technology trends and industry developments, assess opportunities for integrating Mainland industrial resources with high‑quality international resources, and lead the preparation of research reports and related materials. Design and deliver high‑value consulting services aligned with industry development objectives and enterprises' cross‑border growth needs, providing strategic insights and business support for the company.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, science, economics, finance, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in business development or enterprise services within science and technology parks, technology commercialization platforms, venture capital/private equity institutions, or consulting firms is highly preferred.
