Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Associate, Corporate Affairs in Hong Kong to join the Public Policy team. You will participate in the execution of policy research, analysis and advocacy, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs.

You will monitor market trends, prepare concise write-ups and presentations with data analysis, engage stakeholders to build consensus, coordinate internal discussions, and assist in projects related to pioneering technology.

Qualifications

• Degree from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in policy formulation or working with the government.
• Able to work in a fast growing, constantly evolving scale-up.
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated, independent with strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, able to tell stories through data analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and conduct research on public policies, laws, regulations and industry practices relevant to the company's activities.
• Prepare concise write-ups and presentations, with support from data analysis.
• Assist in engaging stakeholders to promote exchange of views and build consensus.
• Coordinate internal discussions and efforts.
• Assist in managing projects related to the adoption of pioneer technology.
