Job summary

Towngas Enterprise Limited is seeking an Assistant Business Platform Solutions Manager to translate business requirements into robust solution designs and drive end-to-end delivery in a complex platform environment.

You will serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, reviewing designs, supporting UAT, and coordinating production releases. Strong Cloud, DevOps, and AI collaboration experience is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, system design and development, application support, project management, or related technology roles.
• Proven track record in developing, supporting, and managing enterprise-grade applications within large organizations.
• Experience managing mission‑critical systems with high availability, high performance, and large‑scale transaction or traffic volumes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical solution designs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements and coordinate production releases.
• Review and validate proposed solutions, technical designs, and implementation plans for quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system integrations, data flows, and platform maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely incident resolution.
• Partner with AI and technology teams to define and implement AI capabilities that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation and project artifacts for governance.
