Job summary

Tribus is expanding its platform engineering function in Hong Kong, hiring Software Engineers from Junior to Senior across levels. You will help build and operate distributed services powering large-scale, high-performance computing environments.

The platform team delivers runtime environments, services, and tooling enabling researchers to deploy and run workloads reliably across global infrastructure. You will contribute to scheduling, resource management, observability, and security while

Qualifications

• Proficiency across Go, Python or Java in distributed systems.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate distributed services that manage compute workloads across large-scale infrastructure.
• Develop platform APIs and self-service tooling for engineering teams.
• Own services end-to-end from design to production operation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of compute-intensive workflows.
