Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society in Hong Kong is seeking a Development Manager to oversee disposal and development of commercial and residential properties, perform market research and financial feasibility analyses, and coordinate tender activities with consultants and government departments.

You will lead a small team, ensure timely approvals, and compile cash flow forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Surveying (GP) or equivalent.
  • Professional Member of RICS or HKIS, with 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing for residential/commercial properties, land matters, financial viability analysis, valuation; experience in divestment/investment of properties, tenancy matters, property development will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
