Job summary

Barty Education and Development (BartyED) in Hong Kong is recruiting talented Physics and Maths tutors to join our growing team of passionate educators. The role offers a flexible teaching schedule and the chance to work in a supportive one-to-one setting with students across primary and secondary levels.

You will develop customized lesson materials and participate in a structured training program for recent graduates, with an emphasis on exam technique and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A passion for education and engaging with students of different backgrounds.
• A strong academic record with a degree in a relevant discipline.
• A professional and highly organized educator.
• A valid HK working visa or HKID holder.
• A native English speaker or near-native proficiency.
• Recent graduates with less experience will be considered and will undergo a structured training program during the first year.

Responsibilities

• Teach Physics and Maths to primary and secondary students; provide customized instruction to improve exam technique and scores.
• Provide support and mentoring to students to aid development and personal growth.
• Collaborate in producing teaching resources and provide weekly progress feedback on students.

Responsibilities:

Teach Physics and Maths to primary and secondary students; provide customized instruction in exam technique to help students maximize scores; produce relevant syllabus material and develop departmental teaching resources.

Provide support and mentoring to students to help their development and personal growth.

Tutors will also be expected to collaborate in producing their own teaching resources as well as provide weekly feedback on students’ progress.
