Job summary

Career International AP (Hong Kong) Limited is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator (New Headcount) in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end import/export operations, distributor management and supply planning for its pharmaceutical portfolio.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, at least 3 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of shipping processes and regulations, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Good understanding of shipping processes and regulations.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin proficient is a plus.
• Experience in SAP and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all import & export activities of division and ensure compliance with global customs and trade policy.
• Monitor and manage distributor KPI including lead time, on-time goods receipt and delivery performance.
• Manage phase-in/phase-out process and regulatory variations to ensure supply continuity.
• Oversee master supply planning and liaise with overseas teams for shortages or excess inventory.
• Code creation and inventory control in local and distributor systems.
• Handle distribution complaint cases with QA team.
• Manage intercompany invoices and monthly accruals with team in China.
• Assist in monthly S&OP meetings.
