The role focuses on supplier relationship management, logistics coordination, and data-driven inventory control.

The candidate will facilitate efficient operations within the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance while supporting the health and well‑being of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Understanding of shipping processes and regulations.
• Fluent in Business English; Chinese typing skills are a plus.
• Proficient in standard office software, with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of pharmaceutical products.
• Negotiate purchase details and manage contracts with a focus on cost-efficiency and reliability.
• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, ensuring their pharmaceutical needs are met efficiently.
• Oversee the logistics of shipments, coordinating with shipping companies to guarantee prompt delivery.
• Manage inventory and records, utilizing computing skills for data entry and analysis.
