Job summary

AIA is seeking a seasoned senior analyst to lead the Group People Analytics agenda and deliver actionable workforce insights. You will maintain data governance, enable self-service reporting with AI, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across the organisation.

You will translate business questions into analytics products, support predictive initiatives, and ensure high-quality HR reporting across markets.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 12–15 years’ experience in HR or people insights.
• Experience with Workday or any other HCM SaaS.
• Experience with PowerBI or any other Reporting Platform.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence and lead without authority.
• Conceptual thinker, process oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Optimistic, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Global mindset, passion for diversity, and ability to build trusted relationships across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Group People Analytics agenda by developing actionable workforce insights, maintaining data governance standards, enabling self-service reporting leveraging AI and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to support data-driven workforce decisions.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics solutions, driving data quality improvements, and ensuring consistent and reliable HR reporting across the Group.
• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered People Analytics solutions.
• Partner with HR, Technology and Innovation Team to identify opportunities to automate insight generation and enhance decision-making through AI and machine learning.
• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using PowerBI.
• Act as a trusted analytics partner to HR teams and business stakeholders by providing timely and relevant workforce insights.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to HR and business audiences.
