KOS International Limited seeks a Business Architect to support the design and transformation of large-scale MPF and pension platforms, blending business architecture, operational transformation and systems analysis to align objectives with technology solutions.

The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders, operations teams and technology partners to improve processes, enhance service delivery and support strategic transformation across pension services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline.
• 3-8 years of MPF, pension administration or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of MPF/pension business models and business architecture principles.

Aufgaben

• Analyse current processes, operating models and service journeys to identify improvements.
• Define target-state capabilities and process models supporting strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support transformation projects involving pension operations, process optimisation and system enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, impact assessments and governance for programme delivery.
