Job summary

Vocational Training Council (VTC) invites applications for a PE lecturer/coach role within the SWPD Programme. The appointee will teach PE modules, coordinate student projects, organise sports recreation, and act as coach of school teams.

The candidate should hold a degree in Physical Education or related field with teaching practicum, be able to coach at least two sports, and possess strong English and Chinese communication skills; Putonghua preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Physical Education / Sports / Sports Science or related discipline with teaching practicum.
• Ability to coach at least two sports.
• Strong presentation, communication, teaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach PE modules within SWPD programme and support related admin duties.
• Coordinate student projects and functions.
• Organise sports recreation activities.
• Coach sports teams and participate in boards/committees as required.
• Liaise with IVE campuses, HKDI, Youth College, student unions, departments and external organisations for PE programmes and events.
