Job summary

The Mills Fabrica, part of Nan Fung Group, is seeking a Senior Executive – Partnership in Hong Kong to drive collaboration across its innovation ecosystem. You will ship program initiatives, recruit startups, and support portfolio companies and partners through events and strategic engagements.

Ideal candidates have a business/society-oriented degree, 3–5 years in sales/marketing/events, and strong English/Chinese communication. Join a dynamic, impact-driven team in HK.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics, social sciences or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, events or public relations.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in Hong Kong startup ecosystem and partnerships.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives under innovation programs for Fabrica’s partners.
• Set project timelines and deliverables across programs.
• Recruit startups and ecosystem partners for programs.
• Support incubatees and portfolio companies with events and initiatives.
• Assist Fabrica’s marketing events and activities with ecosystem partners.
