Job summary

Jimmy Choo Hong Kong Limited is seeking a results-driven retail professional for Senior Sales Assistant or Sales Assistant roles. You will deliver consistent service, exceed sales targets and promote our fashion collections with confident product knowledge.

You will manage floor and stockroom, maintain visual standards, replenish stock, and support back-of-house operations. Strong language skills, team spirit and a passion for fashion are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in fashion industry for Senior Sales Assistant; for Sales Assistant, at least 2 years relevant experience in similar role.
• Fluent communication and strong customer service mindset expected.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain professional demeanor.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales.
• Communicate confidently the unique selling points and benefits of the product.
• Use product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas to maximize sales value.
• Manage the floor and stockroom effectively and ensure it is tidy and organized.
• Play an active role in replenishing stock, ensure continued stock supply and stock record accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Make recommendations to improve the sell-through.
• Pay attention to fashion trends, actively learn and implement new ideas, methods and skills, and share with teammates regularly.
• Play an active role in achieving key performance measurements and to increase store performance.
• Deals with complaints, with support from Store Supervisor or Store-in-charge.
• Comply with and implement all organizational policies, procedures and legislation.
• Provide support to Store Supervisor or Store-in-Charge in back of house and administrative operations, regular stock take and store events.
