Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Helper for 2 half days a week (Monday and Thursday PM) to support event setup and attendee management at venues in Hong Kong. You will assemble furniture, unpack merchandise, place signage, manage refreshments, and greet guests.

The role requires good English, Putonghua and Cantonese, the ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.

• Assemble furniture, arrange equipment, place signage, and pack everything away after the event ends
• Unpack, check, and organize merchandise, badges, or promotional items
• Assist with basic equipment, manage refreshments, and transport supplies across the venue

• Friendly interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and greet attendees
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy event equipment or boxes
• Quick thinking to handle unexpected last-minute issues
• Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or part-time schedules depending on event dates

Requirements:

• 5 or above
• Good command of spoken in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Likes to interact with people, with good communication skills is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• May need to work on some Saturdays
