The candidate should be an undergrad in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, with basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and familiarity with Peachtree.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates pursuing a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel; familiarity with Peachtree is a plus.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify expense claims.
• Assist with basic administrative duties and document filing for the finance department.
• Support the team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
