Hong Kong Technology Venture Career is seeking a capable legal professional to support governance, compliance, and contract work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role welcomes candidates with a law degree or those qualifying for a paralegal path, and requires strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication. You will conduct research, draft documents, and liaise with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Law degree holders with 2–3 years in a commercial environment preferred.
• Non-law graduates may be considered for a paralegal track.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile corporate setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and prepare concise analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and summarize implications for the company.
• Draft and review contracts, statutory records, and legal correspondence.
• Assist in preparing board papers, presentations, and other legal materials.
• Help implement and update policies and procedures to strengthen governance.
• Maintain legal databases, folders, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counsel on routine matters.
• Support in handling disputes, IP filings, and compliance checks.
• Input legal data into systems, generate reports, and manage portfolios.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

• Conduct legal research and prepare concise analysis to support business decisions.

2.Document Drafting & Review

• Draft and review contracts, statutory records, and legal correspondence.
• Assist in preparing board papers, presentations, and other legal materials.

3.Governance & Compliance Support

• Help implement and update policies and procedures to strengthen corporate governance.
• Maintain legal databases, folders, and statutory filings.

4.Stakeholder & Case Management

• Liaise with internal teams and external counsel on routine matters.
• Support in handling disputes, intellectual property filings, and compliance checks.

5.Operational & Administrative Duties

• Input legal data into systems, generate reports, and manage assigned portfolio.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

6.Ad-Hoc Assignments

• Manage ad-hoc assignments as needed
