Job summary

Vita Green Health Products Co., Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager to own packaging design across the Vita Green Group, from concept to mass production, leading a cross-regional design team to ensure design excellence and brand consistency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable packaging solutions for food, cosmetics, pharma, and mentor the design team while improving library workflows and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Art & Design or related field.
• 5+ years in packaging design (FMCG or agency background preferred).
• Management experience is a plus.
• Proven experience leading brand redesigns, with hands-on pre-press and print production expertise.
• Strong creative ideation and aesthetic judgment to turn business needs into competitive visual solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative packaging design (food, cosmetics, pharma), balancing aesthetics with commercial viability.
• Master packaging structures and materials to ensure mass-production feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive packaging projects from concept to mass production.
• Build design libraries and standardized workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Lead the design team, managing task assignments, quality control, and mentorship.
