Job summary

Vita Green Health Products Co., Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager to own all packaging design across the Vita Green Group.

You will oversee end-to-end packaging design from concept through mass production, guiding a cross-regional design team to ensure excellence, feasibility, and brand consistency across brands. You will lead the design team, mentor staff, manage tasks, and ensure quality while collaborating with cross-functional partners on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Art & Design preferred).
• 5+ years in packaging design (FMCG or agency background preferred); management experience a plus.
• Proven experience leading brand redesigns with hands-on pre-press experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design for multiple Vita Green brands across packaging types (food, cosmetics, pharma).
• Oversee mass production feasibility and cost efficiency of packaging structures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive packaging projects from concept to mass production.
• Build design libraries and standardized workflows to improve team efficiency.

Job Summary

This role independently owns and drives all packaging design activities across the Vita Green Group. The Assistant Manager will be the key person overseeing end-to-end packaging design—from concept through to mass production—while managing a cross-regional design team to ensure design excellence, structural feasibility, and brand consistency across all brands under Vita Green.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative packaging design (food, cosmetics, pharma), balancing aesthetics with commercial viability.
• Master packaging structures and materials to ensure mass-production feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive packaging projects from concept to mass production.
• Build design libraries and standardized workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Lead the design team, managing task assignments, quality control, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Art & Design or related fields.
• 5+ years in packaging design (FMCG or agency background preferred); management experience is a plus.
• Proven experience leading brand redesigns, with hands-on pre-press and print production expertise.
• Strong creative ideation and aesthetic judgment to turn business needs into competitive visual solutions.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, structural design, printing processes, and material applications.
