Job summary

Future Harvest Holdings CO., LTD in Hong Kong seeks a motivated candidate to support daily OTC operations and settlement activities. You will handle fiat and digital asset transfers, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with quotation, execution, and transaction coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers exposure to wallet infrastructure, Fireblocks-related operations, and hands-on experience with real-world digital asset fund flows.

Qualifications

Diploma or above.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong execution and communication skills.
Interest in Digital Assets, OTC, or Financial Operations.
Basic English and Chinese communication skills.
Previous experience in operations, settlement, payments, finance, or customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support daily OTC operations, including client order processing and settlement activities.
Handle fiat and digital asset transfers across bank accounts and wallets.
Process client deposits, withdrawals, and settlement requests.
Assist with quotation, order execution, and transaction coordination.
Monitor wallet balances and operational fund flows.
Support Fireblocks and wallet-related operations.
Monitor operational risks and escalate abnormal situations.
Maintain accurate transaction records and operational logs.
Follow internal SOPs and operational procedures.
