Job summary

Tobby Associates Limited is seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant / Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. You will bridge finance and technology to optimize processes and reporting, using Planning Cloud and FCCS.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud products, especially Planning Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and FCCS, plus strong data integration and reporting skills.

Oracle EPM Consultant / Analyst (Planning & Financial Consolidation)

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant / Analyst to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise performance management systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance and technology, optimizing our financial processes using Oracle Cloud EPM modules. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) to drive accurate forecasting and streamlined financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning (budgeting and forecasting) and FCCS (financial consolidation and close)

Develop, test, and optimize calculation scripts, business rules, member formulas, and Groovy scripts to meet complex financial requirements

Manage data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration, ensuring seamless data flow between ERP systems and Oracle EPM

Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates for senior leadership and finance stakeholders

Streamline the monthly consolidation process, managing ownership structures, intercompany eliminations, and translation adjustments within FCCS

Act as the subject matter expert to troubleshoot system issues, manage monthly Oracle updates, and provide training to end-users across the finance team

About you

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on experience working directly with Oracle EPM Cloud products

Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Planning and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)

Solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS), financial consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and budgeting/forecasting methodologies

Expert‑level proficiency with Oracle Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio

Experience with Data Management (FDMEE) and loading data from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, NetSuite)

Oracle Certified Professional in Oracle EPM Cloud modules is highly desirable

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear financial language

Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
