Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited is seeking a Business Analyst (Oracle EBS/Manufactory) in Hong Kong to lead ERP projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. You will analyze processes and propose system improvements to boost efficiency while coordinating with users, project teams and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on Oracle EBS experience in manufacturing, plus strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory and production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation project.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and related business processes.
• Experience in business process mapping, system configuration, UAT, training, and ERP deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full ERP project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver ERP transformation projects.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Drive system adoption and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide ongoing ERP support and system enhancement recommendations.
