INRO HONG KONG LIMITED is seeking an ERP Business Analyst (Supply Chain) to drive digital transformation by implementing ERP systems that optimize supply chain productivity. You will bridge business needs with system solutions and guide organizations through successful change across APAC.

Responsibilities include ERP strategy, requirements gathering, implementation leadership, user enablement, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

Hands-on ERP experience with Oracle EBS and at least one full ERP implementation cycle.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP-driven optimization.
Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are required for daily collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conduct supply chain analysis and develop ERP transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Gather requirements, design configurations, ensure solutions meet process needs and compliance.
Lead full ERP implementation lifecycle: configuration, UAT, testing, milestones, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
Develop and deliver user training to enable adoption of new ERP systems.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous system optimization.
Collaborate with business and IT teams while adhering to project governance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a recruitment company helping a leading global manufacturing solutions provider hire an ERP Business Analyst (Supply Chain). You'll drive digital transformation across supply chain operations by implementing enterprise ERP systems that optimize productivity and efficiency. This is a strategic role for a technical analyst who can bridge business needs with system solutions and guide organizations through successful digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Analysis & ERP Strategy – Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain operations; identify optimization opportunities; develop comprehensive ERP transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals
Requirements & System Design – Gather and document user requirements; conduct feasibility studies; design system configurations; ensure solutions meet business process needs and compliance requirements
ERP Implementation & Testing – Lead full ERP implementation lifecycle (system configuration, UAT, testing); manage project schedules; ensure timely milestone completion; coordinate across multiple stakeholders
User Enablement & Training – Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs; facilitate business adoption of new systems; build organizational competency through knowledge sharing and best practices
Post-Implementation Support – Provide ongoing system maintenance and support; troubleshoot issues; optimize system performance; ensure continuous operational excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business teams and IT departments; align transformation initiatives with organizational goals; adhere to IT project governance policies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

ERP Experience – hands‑on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation; at least 1 complete ERP project implementation cycle
Supply Chain Knowledge – Strong understanding of supply chain business processes; solid experience in ERP implementation and system optimization
English (written and spoken); Cantonese/Mandarin required
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
Frequent travel to China
