Responsibilities

• Analyze data source requirements and develop data migration templates.
• Develop programs to perform data extraction, validation, and transformation.
• Ensure that developed and enhanced programs are thoroughly tested.
• Conduct performance tuning of programs to meet performance standards.
• Support users during mock data extraction and cleansing processes.
• Prepare documentation for data migration tasks and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any IT related course.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrates flexibility in adjusting priorities and strategies in response to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive coverage of requirements in all deliverables.
