Job summary

Central Eye Care Limited in Central is seeking a friendly front desk staff to join our multi-practitioner Optometry clinic. You will greet patients, register them, process payments, and manage calls and emails while supporting pre-exam testing.

You will also teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses, and perform general administrative duties as needed. Experience in optometry is a bonus; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in optometry clinics or optical shops is a bonus.
• Customer service experience will be considered.
• Friendly, patient, good team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them at reception, handle payment transactions.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist Clinical Optometrists in performing pre-examination tests.
• Teach patients, especially children, contact lens insertion and removal.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
