Job summary

Regent Hong Kong seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the Qura bar and Lobby Lounge, ensuring brand consistency and Forbes standard of service in every guest interaction.

You will manage expenses and monthly P&L to hit financial targets while mentoring a large team and building a culture of refined hospitality. Based in Tsim Sha Tsui, this full-time, long-term role offers stability and a path to leadership within our luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury hotel restaurant management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to train and inspire a large team.
• Fluent understanding of Forbes standards and luxury service frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and local market trends.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Qura bar and Lobby Lounge to ensure adherence to brand and Forbes standard
• Control outlet expenses, monitor sales, and manage monthly P&L to achieve financial targets
• Train and mentorstaff with a focus on service standards, conduct regular briefings, performance appraisals and trainings to build functional andcore competencies
• Build business rapport and handle guest feedback and complains professionally, and ensureguests' dining and beverage experience conforms with hotel’s standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Significant experience in luxury hotel restaurant management
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, andmotivational abilities to lead, train, and inspire a large team
• Strong understanding of luxury service frameworks (eg. Forbes), with a passion to deliver refined guest experiences
• Outstanding knowledge of food, beverage, wine and local market trends
