Job description

Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Hong Kong

We are currently searching for an ambitious Operations Executive with a strong interest in the outdoor advertising industry. You will find yourself in a fun working environment with opportunities to interact with multiple major brands while helping the company to achieve company sales targets. We value your opinions and you will be constantly challenged to think outside of the box to generate new ideas across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Planning, proofing and scheduling advertising content across all our advertising inventory
• Ensure smooth coordination with our sales and marketing teams to maximize our media inventories
• Work closely with our assigned contractors to improve workflow and logistics coordination
• Maintain regular conversation with all our asset owners to ensure approvals are obtained within the required time
• Handle day to day operations and inspection while providing vital administrative support and generating reports for management
• If required, you will have the chance to monitor on-site production execution, especially for special projects

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• University graduate is preferred
