Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Network Engineer to support the development and system integration phases, configuring routers, switches, and firewalls and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

You will review connectivity dependencies, maintain up-to-date documentation, enforce change ownership, and validate connectivity, security policies, and failover while onsite at HKIWMF with shuttle from Tsuen Wan West.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in network engineering, routing, switching and firewall configurations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity requirements, remote access controls and network monitoring standards.
• Safety Card (Green Card) for site access.
• Onsite availability at HKIWMF with shuttle from Tsuen Wan West.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational and documentation skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive network technical support during development and system integration.
• Manage network configuration activities across internal teams and external contractors.
• Coordinate complex integration requirements across multiple work packages.
• Review connectivity dependencies and resolve network issues promptly.
• Enforce ownership model for configuration changes with approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date as-built configuration docs and change logs.
• Apply standard configuration templates for switching, firewall, and routing configurations.
• Perform validation testing including connectivity, failover, and security policy enforcement.
