Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Project Coordinator to support renovation, revamp and reinstatement from planning to completion. You will manage site activities during fitting out, coordinate with contractors, suppliers and end users to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Requirements: Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Building Surveying or related disciplines; 1–6 years’ experience in project coordination for fitting out, A&A or residential projects; independent and

Competenze

Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Building Surveying or related disciplines.
1–6 years’ experience in project coordination for fitting out, A&A or residential projects.
Good concept design, detailed working drawings and presentation skills.
Independent and motivated.
Less exp in Assistant Project Engineer.

Mansioni

Assist in renovation of revamp, and reinstatement from planning to completion.
Project management in fitting out.
Site inspection & measurement.
Supervise & monitor of site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure projects to be delivered as schedule with company standard.
To control and coordinate of project(s) from design to completion.
To ensure the project(s) complete on time, within budget, comply to/meet the quality standards and contract's requirement.
To communicate with suppliers, contractors, end users, etc.
