Job summary

TAIT Towers Asia Limited seeks a skilled Controls Engineer for permanent installation projects at client sites, focusing on design contribution, software development, testing, and commissioning of control systems. The role requires on-site work, travel, and strong problem-solving in electrical and automation domains.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in control systems with PLCs, experience with SCADA/HMI, and the ability to communicate in English; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in control systems engineering with PLC systems.
• Spoken fluency in English; Cantonese preferred; read/write reports for clients in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and contribute to system designs and software development.
• Assist with factory testing of new equipment and on-site commissioning.
• Carry out Site Acceptance Tests and system upgrades/modifications.
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic services for control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of electrical control panels.
