Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of BMS operations or facilities management experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control BMS interfaces to ensure optimal operation of HVAC, lighting, power and life-safety systems.
• Adjust BMS settings to maintain stable indoor conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality) for site collections and visitor comfort.
• Respond to BMS alarms and system faults, performing basic troubleshooting or escalating issues to technical teams as required.
• Log system readings, operational data, and incident reports accurately; generate routine reports on energy usage and system performance.
• Ensure all BMS operations adhere to statutory regulations, site standards and internal safety protocols.
