Job summary

HK Express Kwun Tong location seeks an Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering staff with a Diploma in Aircraft Engineering and at least 1 year of aviation experience. You will manage manuals, documents, and regulatory compliance, liaise with internal divisions, and support daily operations in a dynamic airline environment.

Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese/English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Aircraft Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of related aviation experience preferred.
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software usage.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Able to complete daily tasks under supervisor’s instruction.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HKCAD/MRO/OEM/outstation/HKE QSS/Other divisions in M&E for manual distribution.
• Install and update aircraft maintenance manuals in M&E server and engineers’ laptops.
• Regularly check revision status of CAD publications.
• Administer aircraft manufacturer websites and M&E manuals for staff access.
• Publish and distribute M&E internal documents such as MME, EPM and ENG forms.
• Remind outstation service providers to acknowledge publications and report acknowledgments.
• Distribute OEM documents such as SB, SIL for review and evaluation.
• Update and distribute AD to relevant M&E divisions for regulatory compliance.
• Upload and activate AMM and IPC data in MIS per TS instruction.
• Manage OEM documents and technical data in MIS.
• Support daily operations and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with the company Safety Policy and related policies.
• Report hazards and events through the safety reporting system.
• Participate in safety, security or quality training as scheduled.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain close liaison with HKCAD/MRO/OEM/Outstation/HKE QSS /Other division staff in HKE M&E department for manual distribution.
• Install and update aircraft manufacturers’ aircraft maintenance manual in M&E server and riding engineer’s laptop(s).
• Regularly check the revision status of CAD publication.
• Responsible for the administration of aircraft manufacturer’ website access and M&E manuals for all M&E staff and other line station staff.
• Manage M&E Technical Publication, i.e. E-Library including publishing and distributing M&E internal documents such as MME, EPM and ENG forms.
• Regularly remind services providers at outstation to acknowledge the publication and send publication acknowledgement report to related parties.
• Distribute the OEM documents such as SB, SIL to the concerned M&E parties for review and evaluation.
• Update and distribute regulatory documents such as AD to relevant M&E divisions for review and evaluation in order to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Upload and activate AMM and IPC data in MIS as per TS instruction.
• Manage OEM document and technical data in MIS.
• Support daily operations and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible for complying with the company Safety Policy and other associated policies applicable to the position.
• Responsible for reporting hazards and events concerning safety and security through company’s safety reporting system.
• Responsible for participating in and/or completing the safety, security or quality related training as assigned by the company, within the specified timeframe.

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in aviation industry is preferred.
