Bank of Communications Trustee Limited is seeking an experienced pension fund administrator to support MPF/ORSO operations in Hong Kong. The role involves client onboarding, KYC/AML monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Compliance to perform AML review checks and handle ad-hoc tasks as required. A degree with at least 2 years of pension fund experience is preferred, with MPF/ORSO knowledge and fluent English and Chinese required.

Qualificações

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of pension fund administration experience.
• Familiar with MPF and ORSO regulations is preferable.
• Sound knowledge of AML and KYC is a must.

• Provide support on MPF/ORSO operational tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide support on MPF/ORSO operational tasks and execute in full compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures

Perform client on-boarding administration, including employers/employees enrollment , and conduct KYC (know your client) / AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring.

Collaborate with teammates and Compliance Department to conduct AML review checks

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Degree holder with minimum 2 years of pension fund administration work experience is highly preferred

Familiar with MPF and ORSO regulations is preferable

Sound knowledge of AML and KYC is a must

Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must

Immediate availability is highly preferred
