Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a candidate responsible for credit line dispatch and data input, including maintenance of credit limits and regulatory information in various systems.

The ideal applicant should have a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant banking experience, excellent command of English and Chinese, and good PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Officer role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in banking industry.
• Knowledge of relevant banking law and regulatory requirements.
• Candidate with Certified Banker qualification is an advantage.

Job description

Responsible for credit line dispatch and data input including credit limits, collaterals and credit/ regulatory related information maintenance in various systems.

Responsibilities

• Credit limits and terms and conditions maintenance in various systems upon receiving the confirmation of collaterals and documentation is in place
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of credit limits, collateral records and other credit / regulatory related information input in systems
• Dispatch copy of credit line applications to the departments concerned upon operative of credit limits
• Diarize all temporary / earmarked facilities and perform subsequent follow-ups
• Ensure that dual control (a maker-checker control) is in place where normal or non-straight through processes are involved for the team
• Perform user acceptance test for system enhancement and new product implementation relevant to limit maintenance functions
• Perform checking on daily internal/regulatory reports and monitoring tasks being delegated
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects and assignments being assigned
• Meet business agreed service level/ performance pledge for responsible jobs and maintain high productivity and accuracy
• Scan and upload documents in system

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum2years' relevant experience in banking industry
• Goodknowledge of relevantbanking law and regulatory requirements stipulated by relevant supervisory authorities
• Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access programming
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
