Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in back-office operations, settlements, trade support, or portfolio accounting is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with tight daily deadlines, and eagerness to learn.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily extraction, download, and compiling of raw transaction data, positions, and balances from trading systems and ledgers.

Daily extraction, download, and compiling of raw transaction data, positions, and balances from trading systems and ledgers;

Match daily front-office trade records against ledger entries and external broker/custodian statements for trading desks;

Identify and assist in investigation of positional, market value, and cash discrepancies;

Assist in tracking routine lifecycle events (coupon resets, maturities, and funding legs) that impact daily portfolio numbers;

Requirements
