Job description

Execute daily futures market‑making quotes and monitor the execution of trading strategies, mainly focus on fund transactions.

Track and improve the performance of futures market‑making business, and assist in optimizing the market‑making trading system and trading strategies.

Participate in project requirement management and cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure smooth market‑making operations.

Assist in communication with external parties (e.g., exchanges and regulators), and support the application of new market‑making products.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.

Highly sensitive to numbers, with good mathematical and programming skills.

Familiar with futures market fundamentals and related trading strategies.

A minimum of 2-year of experience in strategy development and financial product trading; prior experience in futures market‑making trading is preferred.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Agile‑minded and a quick learner, with a proactive, self‑motivated work ethics.
