Job summary

HK Express in Hong Kong is seeking a Rostering Officer to plan and perform monthly crew rosters in line with the HKCAD Flight Time Limitation Scheme and company guidelines.

You will coordinate with Crew Management for crew movements, publish rosters on time, and prepare rostering statistics reports, while upholding Safety Policy and participating in related trainings. Hybrid working and shuttle-bus安排 may be available.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in airlines operations.
• Experience in roster assignment/re-assignment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform the monthly crew roster in accordance with HKCAD Approved Flight Time Limitation Scheme and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with respective Crew Management Departments for the arrangement of crew movements' logistics and administrative duties at roster planning stage.
• Publish the monthly roster within the agreed timeframe as instructed by superior.
• Prepare rostering statistics reports after the monthly roster is published.
• Responsible for complying with the company Safety Policy and other policies.
• Report hazards and events concerning safety and security through the safety reporting system.
• Participate in safety, security or quality related trainings as assigned.

Role And Responsibilities

Main Purpose of The Job:

Plan and perform monthly rostering for crew members.

Main Areas Of Responsibility

• Plan and perform the monthly crew roster in accordance with the HKCAD Approved Flight Time Limitation Scheme and company guidelines;
• Coordinate with respective Crew Management Departments for the arrangement of crew movement's logistics and its associated administrative duties at the roster planning stage;
• Publish the monthly roster within the agreed timeframe as instructed by superior;
• Prepare rostering statistics reports after the monthly roster is published;
• Responsible for complying with the company Safety Policy and other associated policies applicable to the position;
• Responsible for reporting hazards and events concerning safety and security through company's safety reporting system;
• Responsible for participating in and/or completing the safety, security or quality related training as assigned by the company, within the specified timeframe;
• Participate in specific working group as assigned by superiors;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary education, or above;
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in airlines operations department;
• Experience in roster assignment/re-assignment will be an added advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred but not essential;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
