Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Limited is seeking a Brand Controller to oversee financial management and strategic planning for North Asia. You will consolidate results across regional entities, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with regional commercial teams to drive profitability.

You will deliver standardized reporting, build insightful analyses, and prepare executive-level presentations for management and headquarters. English fluency is required with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's or professional certification is highly desirable.
• 6-8 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or auditing with regional multinational experience.
• Proven track record in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion, and Anaplan.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of financial results for all entities within the North Asia region, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Group standards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across North Asia.
• Analyze performance against budget/forecast; identify variances and drivers.
• Develop standardized financial reporting methodologies for North Asia to improve efficiency.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for regional reviews for management and HQ.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to provide financial insights for performance management.
• Lead FP&A, planning, controlling, and reporting for the Hainan market and GTR; align with regional objectives.
• Collaborate with the Hainan market team to monitor performance and manage risks/opportunities.
• Support HKMO entity cashflow planning and monthly regional dashboard preparation.
