Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Corporate Communications Senior Executive, North Asia, to lead internal communications strategy and content creation across the region. You will coordinate with global and market teams to ensure consistent messaging, and manage internal platforms to boost employee engagement.

The role also supports external corporate communications initiatives to protect CHANEL’s brand image in North Asia, reporting to the Head of Communications, North Asia.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Outstanding content development skills for various audiences and platforms.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with global/local teams.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and curate high-quality content for internal audiences (intranet, newsletters, leadership messages).
• Partner with global/market teams to manage translations and ensure quality/consistency.
• Oversee internal communications platforms, driving adoption, usability and impact.
• Coordinate internal engagement activities and campaigns to foster belonging and alignment.
