J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management in Hong Kong seeks an Associate to join its NLP/LLM Data Scientist team. You will apply advanced NLP/LLM techniques to reengineer investment workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client experiences.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technologists to design, deploy, and operate scalable models in production, with strong data governance and documentation. Advanced degree and 3+ years in NLP/LLM are required.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative or technical discipline or significant practical industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years applying NLP, LLM and ML to solve business problems.
• Experience designing RAG, MCP tools and LLM agent systems.
• Proven experience deploying AI/LLM models in production.
• Strong Python production‑quality coding and knowledge of language models.

• Apply LLMs, ML and statistical methods to improve decisions and workflows.
• Design agentic frameworks for LLM-based systems with multi-step workflows.
