Job summary

Advanced Micro Integrations Limited in Hong Kong Science Park is seeking a Firmware and Mobile App Engineer to join our R&D team developing cutting-edge neurostimulation devices. The role focuses on integrating firmware with BLE and mobile control apps in a compact medical device environment.

You will design and optimize firmware for ARM MCUs, implement low-power strategies, and collaborate with hardware engineers. On-site work at HKSTP with a competitive bonus package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in firmware development for microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of BLE communication protocols and profiles.
• Experience in mobile app development for device control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers in medical devices
• Design and integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocols
• Design and develop mobile applications for controlling the medical device
• Implement low-power management techniques to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with other engineers to interface firmware with electronic components and peripherals
• Debug, test, and validate firmware using debugging tools
• Document firmware design, code, and test results for quality assurance and traceability
