Job summary

Advanced Micro Integrations Limited is seeking a Biomedical Engineer (Medical Device R&D) to design and develop class-3 implantable neuro-stimulation devices. You will work in a startup environment at HK science park, contributing to innovative medical device design and development.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, design control documentation, and verification/validation activities to support manufacturing transfer.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year biomedical product or medical device development experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Team orientation with strong ownership.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, verify and validate neuro-stimulation device concepts.
• Contribute to cross-functional product design, process development and transfer to manufacturing.
• Prepare design documentation including FMEA, test results and drawings.
• Create manufacturing instructions, test methods, BOMs and protocols.
• Document engineering work per quality system requirements.
• Perform verification and validation testing and draft protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to develop new components and tools.
• Identify hazards and conduct risk analyses for design and process.
