The role involves driving revenue across hospitality and property portfolios, acquiring new business, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in jewelry or fashion retail, be proactive, and capable of meeting aggressive targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• NBA Superfan, Retail and customer service experience is preferable.
