Job summary

Kent Chun Engineering Company Limited is seeking an on-site MVAC technician to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MVAC systems including chiller, BMS, and electrical components. The candidate should be hands-on and able to resolve issues on site.

You'll liaise with clients and sub-contractors, prepare shop drawings and method statements, supervise workers, and participate in site meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Building Services engineering.
• 1–3 years of MVAC experience.
• Familiar with chiller, BMS, electrical or air-conditioning systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD and MS Office.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Green Card safety training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• On-site execution and supervision of MVAC installations, maintenance, and testing.
• Project coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align with schedules.
• Prepare shop drawings, equipment submissions, and method statements.
• Daily site management and reporting, ensuring safety and handovers.
